Dr. Saurabh Dayal is a Medical Customer Excellence Expert at Bayer, acting as a key liaison between local, regional, global, and cross-functional teams, ensuring high standards and consistency across medical customer-facing roles and enhancing engagement effectiveness. In his role he leads various customer engagement and operational excellence projects, spanning across medical, commercial and digital functions, resulting in the development and implementation of medical excellence strategies, success metrics, training programs, digital and omnichannel initiatives and innovative onboarding approaches.
Saurabh's expertise is further amplified by his valuable experience as a Medical Science Liaison, where he excelled in field engagement and in building effective cross-functional partnerships, leading to strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Previously, as the Head of Medical Operations for Bayer UK, he worked on strategic initiatives which were instrumental in navigating complex issues and driving innovation. His contributions extend to the learning and development space, where he identifies the learning needs for key medical affairs roles and collaborates to develop training initiatives aligned with organizational strategies and compliance/regulatory requirements.
